As the daughter of Stanley Willard Henson, Jr, a physician, and Thelma Burnell Henson Michele Carey whose birth name is Michele Lee Henson was born on February 26, 1942, in Annapolis, Maryland in the United States of America. When she was in her teens, Michele was an accomplished pianist. at the age of thirteen, she took home a prize in Chicago Music Festival. Her home was at Fort Collins, Colorado with her family. She completed her secondary education in Fort Collins High School where she completed her studies in the year 1960. For her future career she made the decision to move to Los Angeles for better opportunities. She began her career in modeling following her signing with the Powers Agency, a prestigious modeling agency. She was a natural actor, and Hollywood producers noticed her when she still did modeling. Her debut came on television in the show, The Man from U.N.C.L.E. Michele, who was one of America's most famous entertainers began her career as a fashion model. She worked at Powers Agency before venturing out into the world of acting. She was brought to greater prominence by her appearance as the character Josephine Joey MacDonald's principal part in El Dorado from 1966. Acting roles in the 60s and 70s helped make her a prominent actress.
